Exploring and finding the necessary and sufficient conditions 2-normedspace be a 2-pre-Hilbert space, as a problem is focus of researching of manymathematicians. Some of the characterizations of 2-inner product are noted in [1], [4], [6] and [11]. In this paper we’ll give the term strictly convex norm with positive module c,and will use that norm to do the characterization of 2-inner product.
